A sought-after collector's item, this Speedmaster Moonwatch, so-called "pre-moon" from Omega in steel, presented here on a Nato strap, is considered by many to be the best chronograph in the world, notably thanks to the famous transitional caliber 861. The case back, engraved with the brand's legendary Seahorse, attests to the production of this watch before the Apollo 11 moon landing on July 20, 1969. The original black "pan pie" dial has a the beginning of a so-called chocolate patina, highly prized by enthusiasts.
