It features an 18ct yellow gold Milanese mesh bracelet (soldered on both sides) with a Patek Philippe belt buckle. Satin-brushed Champagne dial inscribed with IOS at 6 o'clock with enameled Roman numerals and a date window at 3 o'clock.
