vintage watches with you. These terms and conditions ("T&Cs")
outline the rules for buying vintage watches online from our website TIMEPROOF,
THE E-SHOP by CONTRE-TEMPS.

Placing Your Order

Browsing and Adding Watches: Pick out your favorite vintage watches
and add them to your shopping cart.

Creating an Account: To complete your purchase, you'll need
to create an account or sign in to an existing one.

Delivery and Billing Info: Double-check your delivery and billing
information to ensure your watch arrives safely.

Payment Options: We accept secure credit card and PayPal
payments.

Order Confirmation: Once everything is confirmed, we'll send
you an email to let you know your order is on its way.

About Vintage Watches

Please note: The vintage watches we sell have a rich
history. They've been worn, serviced, and sometimes repaired over the years.
When you buy from us, you're getting a unique piece with character, "as
is." We do our best to describe each watch accurately, including any
blemishes or signs of wear.

Delivery Information

Delivery Times: Delivery times depend on your location
and payment method. We aim to get your watch to you within 6 business days
in the EU. International deliveries may take longer.

Delivery Costs: Delivery fees are added to your purchase
price at checkout. These fees include shipping and insurance for your
watch.

Customs and Taxes: You are responsible for any customs
duties or local taxes applied in your country.

Returns and Refunds

We understand that sometimes things don't work
out. If you're not happy with your watch, you have 14 days from the receipt
date to return it for a full refund (including the initial delivery cost). Just
let us know by email or post, and we'll guide you through the return process.

Vintage Watch Guarantee

Your vintage watch comes with a 2-year
TIMEPROOF guarantee for malfunctions, starting from the delivery date. Some
very old watches may have a 12-month guarantee instead. The exact guarantee
period is listed on your watch's description. If your watch malfunctions during
the guarantee period, just contact us, and we'll repair or replace it (free of
charge).

TIMEPROOF, THE E-SHOP by CONTRE-TEMPS

GENERAL ONLINE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Article 1: Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter
referred to as the "GTCs") define the rights and obligations of the
parties within the framework of the online sale of vintage watches offered by
the company CONTRE-TEMPS SAS (hereinafter referred to as the
"Seller") through its trade names such as but not limited to
"TIMEPROOF", "THE E-SHOP" or "CONTRE-TEMPS", and
any natural or legal person making a purchase (hereinafter referred to as the
"Buyer" or “You”) on the website https://contretempsparis.com/.

Article 2: Scope and Modification of the
GTCs

The GTCs apply to all sales of vintage watches concluded
between the Seller and the Buyer, whether professional or not.

The GTCs may be modified at any time at the sole initiative
of CONTRE-TEMPS. The user of the website (the User) and the Buyer acknowledge
having read the GTCs in force on the date of placing an order.

By placing an order, the Buyer expressly accepts all the
terms of the GTCs in force on the date of his purchase.

Article 3: Prices

The prices of the vintage watches presented on the site are
indicated in euros (€) and are all taxes included, excluding delivery costs and
local taxes outside the EU.

In the event of an order originating from a country other than
Metropolitan France, any customs and import duties as well as any possible
local taxes are the exclusive responsibility of the Buyer.

The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any
time.

The prices appearing on the website on the day of the order
are those applicable to said order and the final price to be paid by the Buyer
is that indicated in the order confirmation and the corresponding invoice.

Article 4: Ordering

The Buyer can place his order on the Seller's website.

To place an order, the Buyer must follow the following
steps:

Select the vintage watch you wish to purchase and add it to
your cart. Create an account or log in to your existing account. Enter your
delivery and billing information. Choose a payment method. Validate your order
Execute the payment. The Seller will confirm the order by email to the Buyer.

In the case of orders originating from a country other than
France with a payment presenting a suspicious nature (suspicious bank card,
bank risk, customs risk, etc.) the Seller reserves the right not to proceed
with the delivery of the order without having carried out additional checks
which could lead to delivery delays. If these additional checks do not give
full satisfaction, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order and return
all sums received deducted from reasonable admin costs.

In addition, the Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Buyer
with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

Any order from a Buyer, confirmed by the sending of an
order confirmation from the Seller, is considered final and definitive from the
execution of the payment.

Any modification of an order, for whatever reason, requires
prior written agreement from TIMEPROOF.

Article 5: Availability of watches on THE
E-SHOP

The items and prices offered by TIMEPROOF, THE E-SHOP by
CONTRE-TEMPS are valid as long as they are visible on the site and within the
limits of available stocks. TIMEPROOF undertakes, on a best effort basis to
only publish on the site watches and items that are available in real time.

The watches offered for sale online on the TIMEPROOF website
are watches known as vintage or second-hand watches which have therefore
already been worn, serviced and sometimes repaired during their history. The
Buyer therefore accepts by his online purchase on the site to acquire a vintage
watch as presented by pictures and text description and in its "as
is" state. Under no circumstances the Seller can be held responsible for
the state of the watch being different from what the Buyer is expecting.

TIMEPROOF strives to provide the maximum precision on the
condition of the watches offered, through a descriptive sheet in the "THE
MODEL IN DETAIL" section. Our objective is to present the most precise
information possible given the vintage nature of the watches, but in no case
can we accept responsibility, implicit or explicit, for the systematic accuracy
of the information provided, in particular the information related to the age,
provenance and accompanying elements of the watch (box or certificates of
origin).

Article 6: Delivery

Items purchased online on TIMEPROOF are delivered to the
delivery address indicated by the Buyer in the order form. TIMEPROOF cannot be
held responsible in the event of an error or omission in the wording of the
address indicated by the buyer.

Delivery times vary depending on the payment method and the
final destination of the order. The packing and delivery process begins
immediately after the validation of the order following the final confirmation
of payment. The average delivery time for the European Union is 6 working days.
Delivery times for countries outside the
European Union vary and depend in particular on customs protocols which are
beyond the control of TIMEPROOF.

Delivery costs are borne by the Buyer and are applicable in
addition to the purchase price and according to the instructions of TIMEPROOF.
Delivery costs are therefore automatically added to the purchase price of the
items. The delivery charges indicated on the order include postage and the
value insurance offered by the carrier.

Customs duties and local taxes which may be applicable
outside the European Union are entirely at the Buyer's expense.

Article 7: Payment

Payment for vintage watches and other items on the
TIMEPROOF site is made by credit card or Paypal.

The payment system offered by the TIMEPROOF website is a
payment system created and operated by SHOPIFY PAYMENTS, a trademark of Shopify
Inc. and Shopify International Limited, and is secure and encrypted.

All items offered on the site remain the property of
CONTRE-TEMPS until full payment of the price by the Customer and received by
the Seller.

Article 8: Right of return

The Buyer has a 14-day right of return from the date of
receipt of vintage watches and other items for any online purchase on the
TIMEPROOF site.

To exercise his right of return, the Buyer must notify the
Seller of his decision by email or by post.

The Buyer must then return, at his own expense and by
secure and insured transport at least equivalent to that used by TIMEPROOF for
the initial delivery, the vintage watch or any other item to the Seller within
5 working days from the notification of the decision to return.

Article 9: Refund

In the event of return by the Buyer, the Seller will refund
him the total amount of the rejected order, including the initial delivery
costs, within 15 working days from receipt of the returned items and after
satisfactory verification of the unchanged condition of said items.

The refund will be made by the same payment method used by
the Buyer to pay for his order.

Any customs duties or local taxes paid by the Buyer are not
refundable.

Article 10: Guarantee

All our vintage watches benefit from a 2-year TIMEPROOF
guarantee of good functioning from the date of delivery. Exceptionally, some
very old vintage watches will only benefit from a 12-month guarantee from the
date of delivery. The guarantee period is always indicated on the watch's
description sheet.

To claim under his guarantee, the Buyer must contact
TIMEPROOF by email or by post.

TIMEPROOF undertakes to repair or replace, at no additional
cost, vintage watches purchased on the website and exhibiting a malfunction
during the guarantee period.

Article 11: Liability

The Seller cannot be held liable in the event of:

The content of the TIMEPROOF, THE ESHOP by CONTRE-TEMPS
website, including all texts, images, sounds, videos and logos, is protected by
copyright and intellectual property laws throughout the world.

No user may reproduce, distribute or modify the content of
the TIMEPROOF, THE ESHOP by CONTRE-TEMPS website without its prior written
permission.

The trademarks "CONTRE-TEMPS" and
"TIMEPROOF" are registered trademarks and protected with the INPI
(French National Institute of Industrial Property).

Article 13: Applicable Law and
Jurisdiction

The GTCs are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole
jurisdiction.

(hereinafter the “CGV”) are intended to define the rights and
obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of vintage watches
offered by the company CONTRE-TEMPS SAS (hereinafter the “Seller”) to
through its trade names such as but not limited to "TIMEPROOF",
"THE E-SHOP or "CONTRE-TEMPS", and any natural person or
legal entity making a purchase (hereinafter the “Buyer”) on the site

Article 2: Scope of application and modification of
General Terms and Conditions

The General Terms and Conditions
apply to all sales of vintage watches concluded between the Seller
and the Buyer, professional or not.

The General Terms and Conditions
may be modified at any time at the sole initiative of CONTRE-TEMPS. The user
of the website (the User) and the Buyer acknowledge having taken
knowledge on the date of placing an order of the General Terms and Conditions then in force.

In
placing an order, the Buyer expressly accepts all the terms of the General Terms and Conditions
in force on the date of purchase.

Article 3: Prices and Pricing Conditions

THE
Prices of vintage watches presented on the site are indicated in euros (€) and
are inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery costs.

In case
order originating from a country other than mainland France
possible customs and import fees as well as possible taxes
local are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

THE
Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

THE

presenting a suspicious nature (suspicious bank card, banking risk,
customs risk, etc.) the Seller reserves the right not to carry out the
delivery of the order without having carried out additional checks
which could lead to delivery delays. If these checks

right to cancel the order and return all amounts received deducted from

available. TIMEPROOF undertakes as far as possible not to publish on the
site that watches and articles are available in real time.

THE
watches offered for sale online on the TIMEPROOF website are so-called watches
vintage or second-hand and which have therefore already been worn, serviced and
sometimes repaired during their history. The Buyer then accepts by his
online purchase on the site to acquire a vintage watch as presented and
"as is".

TIMEPROOF
strives to provide as much detail as possible on the condition of the watches offered,
via a data sheet in the “MODEL IN DETAIL” section.
Our goal is to present the most accurate information possible
given the vintage nature of the watches but under no circumstances can we accept
responsibility, implicit or explicit, for the systematic accuracy of the
information provided in particular information related to age,
provenance and accompanying elements of the watch (box or certificates
original).

Article 6: Delivery

The articles
purchased online on TIMEPROOF are delivered to the delivery address indicated
by the Buyer in the purchase order. TIMEPROOF cannot be held responsible
in the event of an error or omission in the wording of the address indicated by
the buyer.

THE
Delivery times vary depending on the payment method and the

are therefore automatically added to the tax-inclusive price of the items. The rates
delivery indicated on the order include shipping costs as well as
value insurance offered by the carrier.

THE
customs fees and local taxes possibly applicable outside of
the European Union are entirely the responsibility of the Buyer.

Article 7: Payment

THE
payment for vintage watches and other items on the TIMEPROOF website
is made by credit card or Paypal.

The system
payment offered by the TIMEPROOF site is a payment system created and operated
by SHOPIFY PAYMENTS trademark of Shopify Inc. and Shopify
International Limited and is secure and encrypted.

All
the articles offered on the site remain the property of CONTRE-TEMPS
until full payment and price by the Customer and received by the Seller.

Article 8: Right of withdrawal

The Buyer
has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the
vintage watches and other items for any online purchase on the site
TIMEPROOF.

For
exercise his right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify his decision to the
Seller by email or postal mail.

The Buyer
must then return, at its own expense and by secure and insured transport, to the
less equivalent to that used by TIMEPROOF for the initial delivery, the
vintage watch or any other item, to the Seller within 5 days
working days from the notification of the withdrawal decision.

Article 9: Reimbursement

In case
withdrawal of the Buyer, the Seller will reimburse the total amount of
the refused order, including initial delivery charges, within a period
15 working days from receipt of the returned items and after verification
satisfactory condition of the said articles.

THE
reimbursement will be made by the same means of payment as that used by
the Buyer to pay for his order.

The possible
customs fees or local taxes paid by the Buyer are not
refundable.

Article 10: Guarantee

THE
vintage watches benefit from a contractual guarantee of good functioning
TIMEPROOF for 2 years from the date of delivery. Exceptionally
some very old vintage watches will only benefit from a warranty of
12 months from delivery date. The warranty period is always
indicated on the watch data sheet.

For
to assert its warranty, the Buyer must contact TIMEPROOF by e-mail or by
Postal mail.

TIMEPROOF
undertakes to repair or replace, at no additional cost, the watches
vintage purchased on the website and presenting a defective voucher
operation during the warranty period.

Article 11: Liability

There
The Seller cannot be held liable in the event of:

Damage
caused by products delivered as a result of negligence or fault
of the Buyer.

Damage
caused by third parties.

Damage
indirect, consequential or incidental.

Article 12: Intellectual property

THE
content of the TIMEPROOF website, L'ESHOP by CONTRE-TEMPS, including all
texts, images, sounds, videos and logos, is protected by copyright and the
intellectual property law for the whole world.

None
user cannot reproduce, distribute or modify the content of the site
internet TIMEPROOF, L’ESHOP by CONTRE-TEMPS without its written authorization
prior.

THE
brands “CONTRE-TEMPS” and “TIMEPROOF” are trademarks
registered and protected with the INPI.

Article 13: Applicable law and jurisdiction

The General Terms and Conditions
are governed by French law.

In case
dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
